GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
I. BASIC PROVISIONS

(hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”)
2. Subject Matter of the GTC
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “GTC”) govern the rights and obligations of the contracting parties arising in connection with the provision of the Operator’s services on the basis of a contract concluded between the Operator and a natural person or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”).
3. Definition of Services
The Operator provides services consisting in particular of:
- rental of a paintball field,
- rental of paintball equipment,
- organisation and management of the game.
The specific scope of services is always determined by the current offer of packages published on the Operator’s website.
II. ORDER AND CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT
1. Service Reservation (Enquiry)
- The service reservation is made via the reservation form on the Operator’s website.
- By submitting the reservation form, the Customer makes a non-binding enquiry for the provision of the service.
- Submitting the form does not create an obligation for the Operator to provide the service nor an obligation for the Customer to purchase the service.
- The Operator reserves the right not to confirm the enquiry, in particular for capacity or operational reasons.
2. Formation of the Contract
- The contract is concluded at the moment the Customer pays the reservation deposit, based on the Operator’s prior confirmation of the availability of the requested date.
- Payment of the reservation deposit constitutes the Customer’s binding consent to the reservation of the date and to these GTC.
- Without payment of the reservation deposit, no contractual relationship arises between the Operator and the Customer.
- Confirmation of the reservation usually takes place within 1–2 business days.
3. Number of Players and Age
- The minimum number of players for a private game is 6 persons.
- The minimum age of a participant is 10 years.
- Persons under 18 years of age may participate only when accompanied by an adult who assumes full responsibility for them.
III. PRICE, PAYMENT TERMS AND CANCELLATION
1. Price of Services
- The price of services is set according to the Operator’s current price list and is stated per person.
- The remaining balance after deduction of the deposit may be paid on site in cash or by payment card.
- Payments in EUR are possible according to the exchange rate of 23 CZK / EUR.
2. Reservation Deposit
- In order to confirm the reservation as binding, the Customer is obliged to pay a reservation deposit.
- The deposit is payable in advance online by payment card via the Stripe payment gateway.
- For corporate clients, the deposit may be paid by bank transfer based on an issued invoice.
- The reservation deposit is standardly deducted from the total price of the service upon on-site payment after the event.
3. Refund of the Reservation Deposit
- If the reservation deposit is not deducted from the total price of the service on site, it will be refunded to the Customer without undue delay.
- The refund of the deposit is made exclusively via the Stripe payment gateway, to the account or payment card from which the deposit was paid.
- The refund of the deposit is subject to an administrative and transaction fee in the amount of:
- 100 CZK or
- 4 EUR (depending on the payment currency)
which will be deducted from the refunded amount.
4. Cancellation Terms
- If the reservation is cancelled no later than 7 days (168 hours) before the scheduled date of the event, the deposit is refundable after deduction of an administrative fee of 1,000 CZK.
- If the reservation is cancelled less than 7 days before the date, or in the event of non-attendance without prior apology, the deposit is forfeited in full in favour of the Operator.
- Changing the reservation date is possible only by prior agreement with the Operator.
5. Refreshments and Barbecue
- The Operator offers Customers the option to arrange refreshments in the form of a barbecue.
- The Customer orders refreshments in the form of individual portions according to the number of persons stated in advance.
- The number of ordered portions is binding.
- If the actual number of participants decreases compared to the number of ordered portions, the Customer is obliged to pay the full price of all portions ordered in advance, regardless of the actual number of persons present.
- Unused portions cannot be refunded or additionally claimed.
IV. SAFETY, LIABILITY AND RISKS
1. Safety Rules
- Each participant is obliged to familiarise themselves with the safety rules and operating rules before the start of the game.
- Compliance with the rules is mandatory throughout the game.
- In the event of a serious breach, the participant may be immediately excluded without any entitlement to a refund.
- Participation under the influence of alcohol or addictive substances is prohibited.
2. Liability for Injury and Damage
- Paintball is a sporting and adrenaline activity with an increased risk of injury.
- The Customer participates voluntarily, at their own risk and responsibility.
- The Operator is liable only for damage caused by a breach of its legal obligations to the extent stipulated by applicable legal regulations.
- The Operator is not liable for:
- common game injuries (bruises, abrasions),
- soiling or damage to clothing,
- damage caused by other players when the rules are complied with.
- Each participant is obliged to sign a Declaration of Assumption of Risk and Liability before the game.
- For minors, this declaration is signed by a legal guardian or a responsible adult.
- The Customer is liable for damage caused to the Operator’s equipment.
V. COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
- A complaint may be lodged without undue delay, no later than within 7 days from the provision of the service.
- A complaint is submitted:
- by e-mail to info@paintball-prague.cz
- by phone at +420 731 411 981
- The complaint must include the Customer’s identification, the service date and a description of the defect.
- The complaint will be handled within 30 days.
- A complaint cannot be made regarding subjective impressions of the game or common game situations.
VI. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
- Personal data are processed for the purpose of performance of the contract and the Operator’s marketing.
- The Customer agrees to the taking of photo, video and audio recordings for promotional purposes.
- The Customer has the right to access, correction, erasure, restriction of processing and to lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority (ÚOOÚ).

VII. WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT
The Customer – consumer has no right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, as this is a service related to leisure activities provided on a specific date pursuant to Section 1837 (j) of the Civil Code.
VIII. FINAL PROVISIONS
- These GTC are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
- The Operator reserves the right to amend the GTC unilaterally.
- In the event of force majeure, the Operator shall not be liable for failure to provide the service.
- In the event of a dispute, the court locally competent is determined by the Operator’s registered office.
- The Czech version of the GTC shall prevail over foreign-language versions.
